As this will be my first and last "A Look into the Dark" as the Editor in Chief I will make it a good one.
First to explain why it will be my last is for many reasons, I have relinquished duties of being the EiC of Dark Myth Comics to become the new President and Chief Financial Officer of Dark Myth Productions. The EiC position will now be held by our very own writer of the Saints and Majestic ; Rachel Martinez. Rachel has been working close with me for the past four to five months and is ready to take the position. In case you are asking yourself who is taking over the writing of the two comics, be assured Rachel will still be writing them.
For the past month now Dark Myth Comics has been very busy; We have signed two new pencilers/inkers to our team and there names and title they will be working on are as follows: David Carrillo working from Mexico, Penciler/Inker/Colorist for the Saints . Yes, he is a man of many hats and when you get to see his artwork you will know why we had to sign him for the three positions. And Idris Yusuf, working all the way from Nigeria. Yes, I said Nigeria. Dark Myth Comics is going global! Idris will be the Penciler/Inker for Majestic . I am very excited to have signed David and Idris to the Dark Myth Comics team; their artwork speaks for it self.
As for up and coming releases we will three working titles by the middle of 2009: Ayot Nom: the Bloody Red Path, the Saints and Majestic . Dark Myth Comics also has three more title waiting in the wings. Titles will be named in the future, just be ready.
Dark Myth Comics will also be working with Enemi Entertainment to get our comics distributed throughout the country. We are very happy and excited for the opportunity to have a distribution company working with us on our projects. This move will make it easier for the fans to get our comics and stay current with their favorite series.
As I say farewell as the EiC of Dark Myth Comics I would like to thank everyone for their hard work this year and it was an honor to work with you. And to our fans a farewell gift; here are some sample pics of Ayot Nom: the Bloody Red Path, the Saints and Majestic .
