To become a writer in this field is the utmost hardest to do. Here's what you have to do for submissions on writing. We want a one page summary and five pages of comic book script. We want to see how well or if you can at all format a story. But please don't send full scripts, we do not have time to read EVERYONE scripts. And as for characters you can use anyone you like.
As for the penciler, we can tell if we would hire them by just looking at a few pages of art work. So pencilers this is what we want from you, ALL Photocopies of 11"X17" with a 10"X15" image area of one cover. Show us that you have the skills to make someone pick up your book by just looking at the cover. Three pages of panel by panel art (nothing less then 3 panels per page) and finally one double spread in a splash format.
To the inker of the world, what you need to send is five (5) pages of 11"X17" with a 10"X15" image area of your inked work. "REMEMBER PHOTOCOPIES ONLY" So give us some copies of the artwork before it was inked as well, we want to decide rather your inking improves or lessens the artwork.
All colorist submissions must should send in five (5) pages of any colored artwork. In the page subjected to submission must have the following one (1) Splash page, one (1) set of a double page spread (which equals 2pages), and two (2) pages of panel to panel work.
